"The viral 'cocoon maxi' was a dress that was never meant to be for the world...or so I thought. I did a 5-week series, in 2024, designing dresses in bold colors and simple silhouettes as a tangible reflection of self-love. The goal was to embrace and express the many complexities that shape me.
Quirky. Bold. Loud. Soft. Sexy. Confident. Sassy. Free.
One year and one post later, this simple silhouette that was bold in color, would also be in demand by the world. And my hope is that you too will express all parts of you through clothing. Welcome to the cocoon!"
